How this site handles personal data: what is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to opt out.

General provisions
This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to ngcorp.pro is processed and protected. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
The data controller is the owner of this website; contact details are given in the final section.
By submitting the contact form you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the form — you can always reach me by email or messenger instead.
What data is processed
When you submit the contact form, the data you provide yourself is processed:
- your name or how you prefer to be addressed;
- your email address;
- the text of your message;
- the address of the page the form was sent from;
- how you arrived at the site: the landing page, the referring website and any advertising tags in the link, such as the campaign name.
In addition, your IP address and the time of the request are recorded when the form is submitted — solely to protect the site from automated spam.
While you browse the site, the Yandex Metrica counter collects anonymised information: IP address, device and browser type, referral source, pages viewed and actions on them.
Whenever the site is accessed, the server automatically records in its technical log the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page opened including any advertising tags in the link, the referring page and information about the browser.
Identity documents, payment details and special categories of data (health, beliefs and similar) are neither requested nor processed. Please do not include them in your message.
Purposes of processing
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
- to protect the site from spam and automated submissions;
- to detect fraudulent clicks on the site’s advertising;
- to measure traffic and improve the site.
Your data is not used for mailings, advertising or profiling.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the contact form (Article 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Anonymised statistics are processed for the purposes above and do not identify an individual. The server’s technical log is kept to secure the site and protect it against abuse, in the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(7) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
How and how long data is stored
Processing is carried out both automatically and manually. Form data is not stored in a site database: the message is delivered straight to my Telegram and email.
- correspondence is kept in my mailbox and Telegram while the discussion continues, and for no longer than three years from the enquiry;
- the IP address used to rate-limit the contact form is held in the application’s memory for no more than 15 minutes;
- the server’s technical log is kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically;
- Yandex Metrica data is stored by the service under its own terms.
At your request, correspondence is deleted sooner than that.
Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is never sold or passed to third parties for advertising. Processing does involve services the site cannot work without:
- Telegram — delivery of form messages and of a daily summary of suspicious ad clicks, including their IP addresses;
- the outgoing mail provider — delivery of the same messages by email;
- Yandex Metrica — traffic statistics;
- the hosting provider of the server running this site.
Telegram servers are located outside the Russian Federation, so delivering a message through it constitutes a cross-border data transfer. By submitting the form you agree to this as well. If that does not suit you, please email me directly instead.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities on the grounds and in the manner established by Russian law.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies of its own. Your chosen colour theme is saved in your browser’s local storage and is never transmitted anywhere. How you arrived at the site is kept in session storage until the tab is closed and is sent only together with the contact form. If you arrive via a partner link carrying a ref parameter, the partner’s code is stored in your browser’s local storage for 90 days and sent together with your enquiry, so that the partner’s commission can be credited. The code holds no information about you; you can remove it by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Cookies are set by the Yandex Metrica counter, which uses them to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings or using a blocker — the site works either way.
Your rights
At any time you have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
- request that it be corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated or processed without lawful grounds;
- withdraw your consent to processing.
Simply write to the address in the final section. A reply is sent within 10 working days. Once consent is withdrawn, the correspondence is deleted unless the law requires it to be kept.
Data protection
The site runs over HTTPS. Only I have access to the correspondence, and delivery credentials are kept in the server’s private environment. The form is rate-limited to make automated abuse and flooding harder.
Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top. Material changes do not apply retroactively to enquiries already received.
